Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Peas, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers
  • ½ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 package (14 ounces) extra firm tofu, drained and cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
  • ½ cup bottled stir fry sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced thin

Instructions

  • This hassle-free stir fry recipe is made with tofu and a base of Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Peas, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers, for a convenient meal with delicious flavor in just 20 minutes!

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a medium bowl combine peanuts, sesame seeds and ginger. Add tofu and toss to coat.

    Step 3

  • Heat sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add tofu and stir fry until edges begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Push tofu to one side and add vegetable oil to wok. Stir fry broccoli and bell peppers 3 minutes or until crisp tender.

    Step 4

  • Add rice and stir fry sauce and stir fry all ingredients until well combined. Serve topped with green onions.
