What is the Secret to Making Fried Rice?

Believe it or not it is actually very simple to make restaurant-quality fried rice, however it may take some practice to get it right every time. To start with, it’s actually better to use cold or leftover rice when making fried rice. Leftover rice is normally firmer meaning that your fried rice is less likely to come out mushy.

Medium and Long Grain varieties such as Success® Jasmine Rice are perfect for making fried rice as they tend to be fluffier and less likely to stick together.
