Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Peas, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers
  • 2 strips bacon, chopped
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • Sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  • Using our specialty blend of Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Peas, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers, making fried rice recipes just got a whole lot simpler and tastier!

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Heat a large wok or skillet over medium high heat.  Add bacon and cook until crisp.  Remove bacon leaving 2 tablespoons drippings in wok. Reduce heat to medium.

    Step 3

  • Pour eggs into wok and stir until eggs are just starting to set.  Quickly add rice and soy sauce and stir fry to combine. Top with green onions and reserved bacon. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
