Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat a large wok or skillet over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon leaving 2 tablespoons drippings in wok. Reduce heat to medium.
Pour eggs into wok and stir until eggs are just starting to set. Quickly add rice and soy sauce and stir fry to combine. Top with green onions and reserved bacon. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
Substitute bacon with breakfast sausage.
If you can’t find Success Garden & Grains blends near you, you can substitute Success White Rice and a 1 cup of fresh or frozen Asian blend (peas, carrots, red bell pepper) vegetables. No need to thaw or precook. Just add to water in the last 3-5 minutes of preparation.
