Pro Tips for Making a Stir-Fry

If you want to sharpen your skills and make a stir-fry like a pro, start putting these tips into practice:

– Coat your wok or cast iron pan with an oil with a high smoke point. Canola oil, sesame oil, or avocado oil are some of the best to cook at high temperatures.

– Prep all the ingredients before starting to stir-fry. Although using frozen stir-fry vegetables is a great short cut to this recipe, if you’re using fresh veggies, chop them beforehand.

– Stir often and quickly, to stop any ingredients from burning.

– Add sauce last and stir-fry until coating all ingredients.
