  • 2 bags Success® Brown Rice, Success® White Rice, or Success® Jasmine Rice
  • 1 lb fresh shrimp, medium, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup Hawaiian marinade, divided
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained (reserving 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1 tsp soy sauce


  • Bring the tropical flavors of Hawaii to your kitchen by adding pineapple chunks and Hawaiian marinade to an all-time favorite: Shrimp Stir-Fry. This recipe is a tasty dinner solution that will be ready in no time.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • While rice is cooking combine shrimp and 1/4 cup marinade in a medium bowl; blend well.

    Step 3

  • In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and stir-fry vegetable mix for 1 minute, cover and cook for 4 minutes.

    Step 4

  • Drain shrimp and add to vegetables.

    Step 5

  • Add pineapple, remaining marinade, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons pineapple juice to skillet.

    Step 6

  • Stir-fry until all ingredients are well coated and shrimp is cooked. Serve over rice.
