Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Black Beans, Corn, & Bell Peppers
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup salsa
  • ½ cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • Cilantro Lime Cream:
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

Instructions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a small bowl combine sour cream, cilantro and lime juice.

    Step 3

  • Divide rice into individual bowls and top with avocado, salsa, cheese and onions. Finish with a dollop or drizzle of sauce.

    Substitute
