Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice
  • 1 pkg frozen stir fry vegetables
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper, optional
  • 1-2 tbsp soy sauce, optional

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.  

    Step 2

  • In a skillet, prepare stir-fry vegetables according to package directions. Add meat 2 minutes before vegetables are done. 

    Step 3

  • Serve over rice and sprinkle with lemon pepper and season with soy sauce.

    Jumbo lump crabmeat can be substituted if desired.
