Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7 minutes.
Pour in the tikka masala sauce and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the coconut milk. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Let the tikka masala simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
