Prepare rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan set over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, cumin, salt and chili flakes and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, or until slightly softened.
Stir in broth, lentils and carrots and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium- low. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in rice, spinach and chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and rice and chicken are heated through. Stir in lemon juice and dill before serving.
