Prepare rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan set over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, garlic, cumin, salt and chili flakes and sauté for 3 minutes, or until slightly softened.

Stir in lentils and bay leaves. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir in rice, spinach and chicken and cook for 2 minutes, or until spinach is wilted and rice and chicken are heated through. Stir in lemon juice and dill before serving.
