Our Broccoli and Cheese Rice Casserole is a three-step process to deliciousness. Just follow the instructions for cooking up your package of Boil-in-Bag Rice, mix up the rest of the ingredients and pop it in the oven!
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl combine broccoli, ½ cup cheese, soup, butter, evaporated milk, water, onion, salt, and pepper. Fold in rice.
Pour mixture into prepared dish and top with remaining ½ cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
