Beef + Quinoa = Power Up

Why add quinoa to your meatballs? Combining lean ground beef with plant-based protein sources like quinoa makes upgrading your meals even easier. Also, the fluffy quinoa is great for absorbing more of the delicious tastes from the ingredients, marinara sauce and cheese giving you more flavor and protein in every bite

When combining ingredients, make sure to chop your onion very finely and grate the carrot so they cook up evenly and soft with the quinoa and beef mixture. The combination of ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, herbs salt and pepper will enhance the savory flavor and of course, the egg will make sure each ball keeps its shape.

These bite-sized meatballs are great to serve as an appetizer at your next get together alone or in sliders, to use for a spaghetti and meatballs dinner or for weekly lunches to take with you!
