  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef or ground chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pkg (1.5 oz) meat loaf seasoning
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Place the rice mixture into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and place this in the oven to bake. Simple as that!   • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Meanwhile, combine meat, eggs, milk and seasoning in a large bowl. Gently fold in cooked rice.

    Step 3

  • Shape mixture into a loaf and place into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.

    Step 4

  • Bake meatloaf for 1 hour, or until thoroughly cooked and the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Remove meatloaf from the oven and let it stand for 10 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, combine ketchup, water and brown sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Serve sauce with meatloaf.
