Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
In a large saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine cooked rice, milk and vanilla; bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring, for 12 to 15 minutes or until rice is very tender and mixture is creamy and thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in 3/4 cup chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Step 4
Divide pudding among 4 bowls. Garnish with dulce de leche, pretzels, peanuts and remaining chocolate chips. Serve warm.
