Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 ribs of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add celery, green bell peppers and onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until starting to soften. Stir in broccoli, cover and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Add rice and soup to skillet and stir to combine. Fold in cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
