  • 1 bag Success® White Rice or Success® Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded light Cheddar cheese

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Sauté bell peppers, onion, and celery in butter. Stir in broccoli, cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Add cooked rice and soup, fold in cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
