Step 2
Layer rice, chicken, cheese, and cabbage evenly into 4 mason jars. Top with salsa verde, guacamole and radish. Close and shake to serve.
Recipe Tips
Load up walking tacos with sour cream, drained pickled jalapeño pepper slices, pitted olives, and cooked corn if desired.
Substitute Monterey Jack cheese with sharp (old) Cheddar if preferred.
