Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Brown Rice
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 2 Tbsps fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 Tbsps honey
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Prepare brown rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Step 3

  • Add walnuts; cook and stir until lightly toasted.

    Step 4

  • Add onions and celery; cook and stir until crisp-tender.

    Step 5

  • Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.

    Step 6

  • Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
