Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen fried chicken tenders
  • 2 cups shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup creamy ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Create a delicious and filling base for this meal using convenient Success Garden and Grains™ White Rice, Peas, Carrot & Red Bell Peppers with a store-bought coleslaw mix and juicy cherry tomatoes.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Prepare chicken tenders according to package directions (bake for 15 minutes or fry for 2-3 minutes).

    Step 2

  • In a large bowl combine rice, slaw mix and tomatoes. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    Step 3

  • Arrange rice mixture on platter or individual bowls. Top with chicken and drizzle with dressing.

    Substitute leftover fried chicken or chicken nuggets

    Top with cooked crumbled bacon and blue cheese. Or, toss chicken with buffalo wing sauce and chopped celery.
