Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
In large saucepan set over medium-high heat, combine cooked rice, almond milk, half of the dates and the cinnamon; bring to boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, stirring, 8 to 10 mins or until rice is very tender and mixture is creamy and thickened. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
Step 4
Divide porridge among 4 bowls. Top with berries, almonds and remaining dates.
For a nut-free coconut variation, substitute dairy-free coconut beverage for almond milk, and toasted coconut for sliced almonds.
