Taco Filling Fiesta

Whether you’re out of tortillas or just prefer to focus on filling, these taco bowls are for you! These hearty, gluten-free bowls are fully customizable and the perfect dinner after a long day.

To give this dish extra flavor, we recommend you season the Success® Tri-Color Quinoa with your favorite packaged or homemade taco seasoning. Then, you’ll add some protein-packed beans and nutrient-filled vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes and onion. To top it all off, we suggest sour cream, salsa, avocado and any other taco toppings you love!

Build Your Bowl

These bowls are a great option for a meatless Monday as is. If you’re more of a carnivore, though, feel free to toss in some ground beef or shredded chicken. You could even make this into huevos rancheros by topping each bowl with a couple of fried eggs and salsa.

If you want to make these bowls vegan, simply omit the cheese and sour cream or use your favorite substitute. Like we said, these bowls are easy to customize any way you like!

If you like to make everything from scratch, try making your own taco seasoning or guacamole. For the guac, mix the ingredients together in just a matter of minutes by blending together avocados, oil, lime juice, cilantro and salt. Make sure to save some for your next bowl of Mexican Rice and Beans.
