These delicious Taco Bowls combine Success® Tri-Color Quinoa, taco seasonings, avocado, lettuce, tomato and Cheddar cheese into a naturally gluten free, vegetarian, meal that tastes amazing.
Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Drain and place cooked quinoa into a medium bowl.
Stir in taco seasoning; mix well. Spoon cooked quinoa into 4 serving bowls. Divide remaining ingredients between each bowl.
Top with salsa and sour cream, if using.
