Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 1 can (10 ¾ oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ⅓ cups water
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (bite-size broccoli, thinly sliced bell peppers, carrots, pea pods or bean sprouts)
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Whip up this Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole and fuel up on chicken, melty cheddar cheese, fulfilling white rice, and loads of your favorite vegetables.

    Step 1

  • Stir the rice, soup, water, vegetables, and onion powder in a 2-quart 12″ x 8″ shallow baking dish.

    Step 2

  • Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired. Cover.

    Step 3

  • Bake at 375° F, for 45 minutes or until done. Top with cheese.
