We’ve made an Italian comfort food classic with Success® Tri-Color Quinoa, so it’s quicker and lighter but still full of flavor and as creamy as ever!
Step 1
Prepare quinoa according to package directions, adding bouillon cubes to water.
Step 2
Heat butter and olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Step 3
Add shallot and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add quinoa and sauté until all grains are well coated.
Step 5
Stir in wine and continue to cook and stir until wine is absorbed.
Step 6
Add cream and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
Step 7
Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Serve immediately.
Recipe Tip
To make this recipe completely vegetarian, sub in vegetable bouillon cubes for chicken.
