Four Cheeses, Five-Star Taste

Take your love for risotto to the next level with this quick and easy Four Cheese Tomato Risotto. Made with our favorite cheese sauce, 10-minute white rice and a few additional ingredients, this is a recipe you can pull out at a moment’s notice!

For this four-cheese extravaganza, we’re using a creamy cheese and tomato sauce. Full of flavor, it’s like a creamy Alfredo with the addition of fresh cream and aged Parmesan cheese.

In addition to this velvety sauce, you’ll need some butter, olive oil, a bit of dry white wine and some shaved Parmesan cheese. Last but not least, our Success® White Rice is the star of this show.

After just 10 minutes, you’ll have fluffy, steamed white rice. Our rice is perfect for this speedy recipe and for any other dish that requires precooked rice at the drop of a hat. Add it to the cheesy sauce and tomatoes and enjoy a comforting dish that’s incredibly easy to prepare.

No Wine, No Problem

Low on wine? Not to worry! Instead of a dry white wine, use 2 tablespoons of chicken broth to keep the flavor intact. If you prefer to keep it vegetarian, use veggie broth instead.
