  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 cup Classico® Four Cheese Tomato Cream Sauce
  • 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For this four-cheese extravaganza, we’re using a creamy cheese and tomato sauce. Full of flavor, it’s like a creamy Alfredo with the addition of fresh cream and aged Parmesan cheese.

In addition to this velvety sauce, you’ll need some butter, olive oil, a bit of dry white wine and some shaved Parmesan cheese. Last but not least, our Success® White Rice is the star of this show.

No Wine, No Problem

Low on wine? Not to worry! Instead of a dry white wine, use 2 tablespoons of chicken broth to keep the flavor intact. If you prefer to keep it vegetarian, use veggie broth instead.
