Four Cheeses, Five-Star Taste

Take your love for risotto to the next level with this quick and easy Four Cheese Tomato Risotto. Made with our favorite cheese sauce, 10-minute white rice, and a few additional parts – this is a recipe you can pull out at a moment’s notice!

For this four-cheese extravaganza, we’re using a creamy cheese and tomato sauce. Truly authentic and full of flavor, it has all the best parts of a creamy Alfredo, with the addition of fresh cream and aged Parmesan.

In addition to this velvety sauce, you’ll need some butter, olive oil, a bit of dry white wine, and some shaved Parmesan cheese. Last but not least, though, our Success® White Rice is the star of this show.

With only 10 minutes of cooking time, you’ll have fluffy, steamed white rice. Perfect for this speedy recipe and any other dish that requires pre-cooked rice at the drop of a hat. Add it to the cheesy, tomato-y goodness mentioned in the instructions below and enjoy the perfect rice for the job.

No Wine, No Problem

Low on wine? Not to worry, instead of a dry white, use two tablespoons of chicken broth to keep the flavor intact. If you prefer to keep it vegetarian, use veggie broth instead.
