  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Heat oil in large wok or skillet set over medium-high heat. Stir-fry cabbage, red onion, and red pepper for 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables start to soften. Stir in chicken and jerk marinade. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes or until well coated.

  • Stir in rice, soy sauce, and lime juice. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until well coated and heated through; garnish with green onion.
