Tasty Thai Rice

This recipe ticks all of the boxes of a Thai-inspired recipe. Aromatic jasmine rice? Check. Sweet exotic fruit? Check. Spicy red chili peppers? Check! With lots of traditional Southeast Asian flavors, this dish is a tasty take on traditional Thai.

Like most Thai recipes, this one begins with a fragrant base of fresh herbs and peppers. You’ll start things off with a sweet and spicy core of blended green onions, chili peppers and cilantro. This mixture is combined with pineapple chunks in a large skillet with garlic and sautéed. This step is important, as the heat will bring out the fragrant flavors of this mixture.

Once this step is complete, you’re only a few minutes away from finishing off your Pineapple and Shrimp Thai Fried Rice. At this point, you’ll simply need some shrimp and two bags of our Success® Boil-in-Bag Jasmine Rice, which can be cooked in the microwave or on the stovetop. Add the shrimp to the skillet, heat through and fold in the cooked rice. Heat everything together and enjoy!
