Stress-free and undeniably rich, this coffee and chocolate creation requires very little effort. It also has a short list of ingredients that you probably already have on hand. All you’ll need is a bag of our Success® White Rice, a bit of instant coffee powder, skim milk, a packet of sugar-free, instant chocolate pudding mix and cinnamon.

Since we like to march to the beat of our own rice pudding drum, this recipe isn’t prepared like a standard, stovetop rice pudding. Instead, we use a mixer to fluff up the base of milk, pudding mix and cinnamon. Then, we fold in the coffee, cooled rice and whipped topping to create a creamy mixture of chocolatey goodness! Our 10-minute Success® White Rice is a fluffy component of this sweet and luscious delight. The rice absorbs tons of flavor and cuts your cooking time in half.

Topped off with additional whipped cream and cookie crumbs, this rich dessert has enough flavor and texture to satisfy even the biggest sweet tooth.
