Cappuccino Rice Pudding

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 1 Tbsp boiling water
  • 4 tsps instant coffee powder
  • 1 ½ cups cold skim milk
  • 1 pkg (1.4 oz.) sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • ½ cup chocolate wafer crumbs


  • Have your cappuccino for dessert by making this Chocolate Cappuccino Rice Pudding. Whipped cream, cinnamon, and fluffy white rice make this recipe as irresistible as your favorite morning cap.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In boiling water, dissolve coffee granules and set aside.

    Step 3

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Fold in coffee, cooled rice, and whipped topping. Spoon into serving dishes. Garnish with additional whipped topping and wafer crumbs.

Rather, we use a mixer to fluff up the base including, milk, pudding mix, and cinnamon. Then we fold in the pre-made coffee and cooled rice to create a creamy mixture of chocolatey goodness.

Furthermore, we use our 10-minute precooked White Rice as a fluffy companion to this sweet and luscious delight. This rice absorbs tons of flavor and cuts your cooking time in half.

Last but not least, a touch of ground cinnamon adds a classic taste to this rice pudding recipe.
