Making this Louisiana-born delicacy isn’t as scary as it might seem. It’s a one-pan dish that requires very little effort. With help from our 10-minute Success® Boil-in-Bag White Rice, it also cooks up faster than the average jambalaya.
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Sauté bell pepper, onions and celery for 5 minutes. Add sausage and chicken to skillet and sauté for an additional 3 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, creole seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer.
Add cooked rice to skillet. Stir to thoroughly combine and heat through.
