Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add tomatoes, chicken, shrimp, vegetables and Cajun seasoning. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until combined and heated through.
Step 3
Fold in rice and peas and mix to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
