Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a medium skillet, over medium high heat, combine vegetable blend, tomatoes, shrimp, chicken, and seasoning. Cook for 10 minutes. Fold in cooked rice and peas. Heat for an additional 5 minutes and serve.
