Seafood Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 1 1/2 cups crab meat
  • 1 pkg (8 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup celery, sliced thin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions. Allow to cool.

  • Step 2: Once rice has cooled, combine crab meat, shrimp, relish, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, garlic powder and onion powder. Mix well.

To make it spicy add your favorite hot sauce. It can be made into a sandwich or eaten with crackers.
