Ingredients

    For Crust
  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For Pizza
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Choice of toppings: turkey sausage, red or green bell pepper, Kalamata olives, mushrooms, and hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • When you’re in the mood for delicious pizza, save time and try this convenient and incredibly easy pizza crust. Finished with mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce and all of your favorite toppings, it’s sure to satisfy!

    For Crust:

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a 12-inch pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

    Step 3

  • Combine rice, eggs, cheese, onion, and salt in a medium bowl and mix well.

    Step 4

  • With the back of a spoon, press mixture evenly onto bottom and sides of pan.

    Step 5

  • Bake crust for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn oven up to 450°F.

    For Pizza:

    Step 6

  • Combine pizza sauce and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.

    Step 7

  • Spoon sauce over crust.

    Step 8

  • Cover crust with toppings of choice. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

    Step 9

  • Bake pizza for 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.

    Step 10

  • Allow pizza to cool for 5 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
