  • Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • Place quinoa, cauliflower, egg whites, Parmesan cheese, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor.

  • Pulse several times until all ingredients are well blended and start to stick together.

  • Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Bake 25 minutes, until crust is golden brown.

  • Top with your favorite sauce, cheese and pizza toppings and bake 10 minutes.
