Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place quinoa, riced cauliflower, Parmesan cheese, egg whites, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor.
Pulse several times until all ingredients are well blended and start to stick together.
Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Top with sauce, pizza blend cheese and pizza toppings and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
