How to Make Cauliflower Rice

There are two popular ways to make riced cauliflower. One way is to use a grater, preferably a box grater to allow you more surface space. The second option is to use a food processor, using the grater extension, and feed the cauliflower a quarter piece at a time.

This next part is important. You want to remove as much water from the cauliflower as possible. For this, we recommend you transfer the cauliflower granules to a large paper towel, tie it up in a satchel, and squeeze to remove any excess moisture.

Does it Keep?

The answer is yes. If you are cooking your cauliflower rice, it can stay in the fridge for up to 5 days.

If you are planning to cook it later, do NOT leave it raw in the fridge. Your best move here is to freeze it. If not, it develops a not-so-nice smell. Trust us, freezing is the way to go.
