Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine kale, onions and garlic in a medium, microwave-safe bowl. Cover loosely and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
Add in quinoa, feta and cream cheese and stir until well combined.
Add eggs, salt and pepper and mix well. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until center is set and top is beginning to brown.
