Deliciously Different Quiche

Vegetarian, gluten free and loaded with whole grains? This Crustless Quinoa and Kale Quiche has it all and we want to share with you exactly what that means.

Let’s start with the ingredients. You’ll enjoy the perfect balance here of salty feta, rich eggs, nutty quinoa grains, and savory cream cheese. These perfectly complement the chopped onion, garlic and bundle of fresh kale.

This dish isn’t just delicious, it’s also quick to assemble. Simply preheat your oven, microwave the chopped vegetables, and when ready, mix them with a cooked bag of our Success® Tri-Color Quinoa, a half a cup of feta and cream cheese. After you’ve mixed in your eggs, this dish is ready to be poured into a 9-inch pie pan and popped in the oven for about 30 minutes. Once beginning to brown, you can take the quiche out and let it cool.

That’s all there is to it! Tasty bites of a deliciously rich quiche without the gluten but with all the flavors you love.
