Step 1
Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, sour cream, chives, dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, edamame, chickpeas, tomatoes, red onion. Top with chicken and drizzle dressing on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
