Ingredients

  • 1 bag Success® Sticky Rice
  • 1/3 cup seasoned rice vinegar (store-bought or homemade*)
  • 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 lb imitation crab, shredded
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp eel sauce
  • 3 tbsp furikake (optional garnish)
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • With Success® Sticky Rice, imitation crab, crunchy cucumber, creamy avocado and a combination of flavor-forward sauces, these loaded bowls take the doldrums out of weeknight meals. 

    Step 1 

    Prepare rice according to package directions. 

     Step 2 

    Place rice in a medium bowl and fold in rice wine vinegar. Place a wet towel over the bowl of rice to keep it from drying out. Allow to cool to room temperature.  

     Step 3 

    In a small bowl, combine mayo and sriracha. Set aside. 

     Step 4 

    In a small pan, toast panko over medium heat for 3 minutes until golden brown. Stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside. 

     Step 5 

    Assemble bowls with a rice base, followed by crab, cucumber, and avocado. Sprinkle panko on top. Drizzle with spicy mayo and eel sauce. Sprinkle furikake and scallions on top.
