  • Prepare rice according to package directions, adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.

  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion 2 minutes, then add garlic and cumin, if desired. Sauté 30 more seconds. Remove from heat and fold in cooked rice, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
