  • 1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice
  • 3 cubes chicken bouillon, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 each garlic clove, chopped
  • ½ tsp ground cumin, optional
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • salt and ground black pepper, optional


  • Cook up this Cilantro Lime Jasmine Rice for the perfect side along with your next Monday night chicken, Mediterranean kebabs, or as a tasty filling in some homemade burritos.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions, adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.

    Step 2

  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion 2 minutes, then add garlic and cumin, if desired. Sauté 30 more seconds.

    Step 3

  • Remove from heat and fold in cooked rice, lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
