Cook up this Cilantro Lime Rice for the perfect side along with your next roast chicken, Mediterranean kebabs, or as a tasty filling in some homemade burritos.
Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions, adding crushed bouillon cubes to water.
Step 2
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion for 2 minutes, then add garlic and cumin, if using. Sauté for 30 more seconds.
Step 3
Remove from heat and fold in cooked rice, cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
