Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions, substituting 3 cups of cream and milk for water. Remove rice, reserving cream and milk mixture.

In a medium saucepan combine rice, reserved cream and milk. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, butter, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until thickened slightly. Let cool completely and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 3
Whip remaining cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon rice pudding into serving dishes. Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate.
