Much More Than a Side Dish

Want something more exciting than white rice to complete your meal? Jazz up any dish with this flavorful side. With fresh ginger root and grated carrot, this recipe is the ideal way to add some excitement to your dinner.

Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet carrot and zesty ginger root paired with our aromatic Success® Basmati Rice or Success® Jasmine Rice. Similar to an authentic rice pilaf, this recipe starts with sautéing onions in a good amount of butter and then stirring in additional veggies until they’re softened.

Once your vegetables are at the optimal texture, add in a bag of precooked rice and stir to mix well. A dash of salt and fresh cilantro leaves bring everything together.
