Make these gluten-free Fruit and Granola Parfaits the night before and enjoy a delicious breakfast and hassle-free morning! Great for an energy-filled morning meal or even as an afternoon snack, these parfaits are fast, easy to make and full of flavor.
Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
Combine cooked rice, yogurt and bananas together in a medium bowl. Divide among 4 mason jars or single-serve containers. When ready to eat, sprinkle each with granola. Top with blueberries.
Change things up by making this dish with your favorite yogurt flavor. We used plain but anything goes!
If you’re all out of blueberries you can make this dish with any fresh fruit you have. Try raspberries, grapes, kiwi or another favorite.
