Prepare rice according to package directions.
Slice lime in half. Zest one half of the lime and reserve the zest.
Place the cooked rice into a large mixing bowl and add curry powder, olive oil, salt, pepper, lime zest, and juice from half the lime and stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.
Remove rice mixture from the refrigerator and stir in chicken, grapes, mint, and almonds. Season to taste.
Slice avocados in half the long way and remove the pits. Drizzle each avocado half with a little juice from the remaining half of lime and salt. Spoon the rice mixture into each avocado half and garnish with a sprig of mint and a drizzle of olive oil.
