Delicate Fish, Rich Spices

If you love a good curry, but are looking for something on the lighter side, we have just the dish for you. For this recipe, lightly marinated tilapia gets baked and then served atop traditional basmati rice.

The fish in this recipe is glazed with a delicious marinade that balances zesty and acidic ingredients with typical, aromatic Indian seasonings. It includes a mixture of ground ginger, garlic powder, cumin, apple cider vinegar and curry powder. After brushing the tilapia with this fragrant flavoring, it gets popped in the fridge and sits for about 20 minutes. After, you’ll remove it from the refrigerator and bake it for about 10 minutes.

In a nutshell, you’ll go from preheating your oven to enjoying this delectable baked fish in just 30 minutes. Not to mention, our Success® Boil-in-Bag Basmati Rice cooks up in only 10 minutes, meaning you won’t have to worry about waiting around for your rice, either.
