Cook up this Curried Baked Fish recipe with our Success® Basmati Rice and enjoy the ultimate, Indian-inspired flavors mixed with fluffy, aromatic rice.
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare rice according to package directions.
Step 2
Coat a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pat fish fillets dry with paper towels and arrange in dish. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, curry powder, ginger, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Brush fish with curry mixture and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and bake for 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Step 4
Serve fish over rice, garnished with cilantro.
