  • 1 bag Success® Brown Rice
  • 2 bunches kale, stems removed, roughly chopped
  • 6 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 anchovies
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan


  • This leafy Kale Caesar salad is a refreshing dish that’s packed with flavor.

    Step 1

  • Prepare Success® Brown Rice according to package instructions. 

    Step 2

  • Place the kale in a large bowl and tear the leaves into smaller pieces while massaging them. Continue until the kale becomes dark and tender. 

    Step 3

  • Puree the lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, hot sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper with an immersion blender or in a food processor until thickened and well blended. 

    Step 4

  • In a large bowl, toss together the rice, kale, dressing and Parmesan. Serve at room temperature.
