Easy, Fast & Cheesy

No time to bake your favorite artichoke dip? Then this is the recipe for you! It’s easy, it’s fast and — more importantly — it’s super cheesy! It’s also filled with our favorite superfood — quinoa.

The ultimate no-stress appetizer, this dip is made with our Success® Tri-Color Quinoa. Ready in just 10 minutes, this ingredient includes tasty nutrients, nine essential amino acids and is packed with protein. Mixed into this warm, cheesy, spinach combo, it’s no wonder this is the ultimate dip for satisfying hunger.

This dip isn’t just delicious, it’s also easy to prep. If you have some time to mince up garlic and pick up a bag of frozen spinach, then you’re halfway there. The rest of the ingredients are also a breeze. You’ll need two packages of cream cheese, some ground nutmeg and shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese. The addition of spinach gives this dish some colour and adds delicious, savory flavor to this mouthwatering dip.

With a combination of cheeses, veggies and nutty Success® Tri-Color Quinoa, this dip is almost a meal on its own. And if you like veggie recipes, you’ll love our vegan meatloaf with mushroom.
