Basil Roasted Red Peppers and Rice Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 2 bags Success® White Rice, Success® Brown Rice, or Success® Jasmine Rice
  • ½ cup roasted red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 container (10 oz.) refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 pkg (12 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel, grated

Instructions

  • In just 4 steps and 20 minutes, you’ve got a delicious and creamy rice dish perfect for your next BBQ or family event.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a medium saucepan, combine remaining ingredients.

    Step 3

  • Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, but do not boil.

    Step 4

  • Serve over hot cooked rice.
