  • Prepare Spicy Dipping Sauce by combining all ingredients in a blender and blending until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Combine rice, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl; mix well. Add egg substitute and butter; stir to blend. Cool. Shape rice mixture into 1-inch balls; place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. If desired, garnish with fresh parsley.

  • Serve warm with Spicy Dipping Sauce.
