Instructions

  • This Quick Vegetable Fried Rice is loaded with Asian-style components, including water chestnuts, soy sauce, brown rice or long grain jasmine rice and toasted sesame oil.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add eggs to skillet and scramble for 30 seconds, breaking into small pieces. Add rice, vegetables, bean sprouts, and water chestnuts.  Cook, stirring, until heated through.

  • Add soy sauce and sesame oil and blend well.
