The whole family will love this ultimate power bowl made with pulled pork, Success® Tri-Color Quinoa and power blend cole slaw. With tamari, seasoned rice vinegar, chili sauce, sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds, it’s got no shortage of delicious, Asian-inspired flavor.
Step 1
Prepare quinoa according to package directions.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add slaw and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Whisk together chili sauce, tamari, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Step 3
Add quinoa and sauce mixture to skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 4
Arrange on serving dish. Top with pork, green onion and sesame seeds, if using.
Make your own “power slaw” by adding shredded Brussels sprouts, kohlrabi, broccoli and kale to traditional coleslaw mix.
