  • 2 Tbsps Tamari-style soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsps seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsps sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 oz pork
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  • toasted sesame seeds, optional

Instructions

  • Prepare quinoa according to package directions.

  • Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add slaw and stir-fry 3 minutes. Combine tamari, vinegar, chili sauce, and sesame oil.

  • Arrange on serving dish. Top with pork, green onion, and sesame seeds, if desired.
