  • 1 bag Success® Tri-Color Quinoa
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 bag power blend coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp tamari
  • 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup prepared pulled pork
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds (optional)

  • Prepare quinoa according to package directions.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add slaw and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Whisk together chili sauce, tamari, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a small bowl.

  • Add quinoa and sauce mixture to skillet and stir-fry for 1 minute.

    Step 4

  • Arrange on serving dish. Top with pork, green onion and sesame seeds, if using.
