  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into small cubes
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


  • Here’s an easy take on a classic risotto recipe. Ready in just 20 minutes, it’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions, substituting chicken broth for water. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of chicken broth. 

    Step 2

  • Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add onions and mushrooms, sauté for 5 minutes.  

    Step 3

  • Add chicken and wine. Cook for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring. 

    Step 4

  • Add rice, reserved 1/2 cup chicken broth, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until creamy.  

    Step 5

  • Top with parsley and serve.
