This leafy Kale Caesar salad is a refreshing dish that’s packed with flavor.
Step 1
Prepare Success® Brown Rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Place the kale in a large bowl and tear the leaves into smaller pieces while massaging them. Continue until the kale becomes dark and tender.
Step 3
Puree the lemon juice, anchovies, garlic, hot sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper with an immersion blender or in a food processor until thickened and well blended.
Step 4
In a large bowl, toss together the rice, kale, dressing and Parmesan. Serve at room temperature.
