  • 1 bag Success® White Rice
  • 4 cups baby arugula
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ¾ cup pitted black olives
  • ½ cup cubed mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cubed provolone cheese
  • 2 oz salami, cut into strips
  • 1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • ⅓ cup prepared Italian vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup torn fresh basil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Step 1

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Let cool to room temperature.
