Ingredients

  • For the Salmon bites:
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for searing)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • For the Green Beans:
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Rice:
  • 1 bag Success® Jasmine Rice (from the 32 oz Family-Size Boil-in-Bag package)

Instructions

  • Cook the Rice

    • Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large saucepan.
    • Submerge 2 Success® Jasmine Rice bags in boiling water.
    • Boil uncovered for 8–10 minutes. Remove bags with a fork, drain, and empty rice into a serving bowl. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

    Season the Salmon

    • In a medium bowl, olive oil, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, onion powder and red pepper flakes (if using).
    • Add salmon cubes, toss to coat, and let marinate for 5–10 minutes while preparing the green beans.

    Cook the Green Beans

    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, butter & minced garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add green beans and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
    • Add butter and soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook another 1–2 minutes until lightly charred. Remove from skillet and set aside.

    Honey Glaze Sauce

    • In the same skillet, add a drizzle of oil & butter.
    • Add soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Stir on low heat until sauce thickens.
    • Add salmon cubes in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and cooked through (internal temp 145°F).

    Assemble the Bowl

    • Divide cooked Jasmine Rice among 4 bowls.
    • Top with honey glazed salmon bites and pan-seared green beans.
    • Add extra honey glaze on top of the bowl.
